Owner and catering manager Steve Mangino draws on over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry to ensure your big day runs smoothly and feels effortless.
At Rocket Kitchen we believe communication is key to a successful event so Steve is available to you every step of the way. He can meet with you personally and even attend on the day to liase between the bridal party and our experienced staff.
We also believe in quality over quantity so we choose to cater just one wedding at a time giving you a truly personal experience. Also you only deal with one person so there is no fuss or bother for you.
