To serve, pop one of our frozen lava cakes into a suitable bowl, mug, or dish. We recommend using something that the cake fits quite snugly into. Microwave for 75 seconds, and then serve straight away. This cake will cook from the outside in, bubbling on top to give a perfect cake with a gooey centre.
