We’ve created a mini version of our Traditional Christmas Cake in a 4” size. It’s made with lashings of brandy and packed full of fruit, a hint of citrus and topped with glace fruit, and whole almonds. It tastes as good as it looks. We recommend that this cake serves between 4 and 6 portions, depending on how generous your slices are.This is perfect for a mini gift, stocking filler or to take along to a Christmas morning tea. Our 4" Mini Christmas Cake comes wrapped in a plastic cello with a Rocket Kitchen sticker, then placed in a white gift box, double wrapped with ribbon and a Rocket Kitchen sticker.
