A traditional recipe lasagne, suitable for vegetarians, or those trying to eat less meat. Our vegetarian is layered with spinach, eggplant, mushrooms, peppers, and of course pumpkin. Finished with béchamel sauce, and topped with double cheese. A fantastic alternative to a meat dish, filled with flavour, and helping you to eat your 5-a-day.
Finish with your favourite seasonal green salad, and some oven roasted vine tomatoes.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 20 – 25 minutes
