An authentic South East Asian recipe. Aromatic, creamy and spicy all at the same time – just what you’d expect from a Thai Green Curry. We’ve added potato to our curry, making it extra filling with a delightfully thick sauce. We finish our curry using real peanuts for an extra crunch. A simple, yet hearty dinner. Simple reheat, and eat.
Serve with steamed white or jasmine rice. Toast some peanuts, and add lashings for fresh coriander.
